Roles and Resposibilities :

1)Training, Planning, Motivating, Implementing, Monitoring and Controlling the Team for achieving Preset Sales
Goals.
2)Explain how our solutions align with our prospects / customers’ pain points
3)Investigate Prospects and Leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting them,
4)Leading the team towards success by setting examples and through intervening the difficult situations.
5)Understanding the Organizational Goals and Trying to implement by self and through Team for better results.
6)Conducting brief Meetings periodically with team players for reconciling where we are from what has
been planned to achieve for and (or) for better planning and implementation.
7)Periodical reporting to the Higher-Ups and Management about the developments and further suggestions.
8)Achieving the Preset Self & Team Sales Goals and help Management in realising the receivables.
9)And Such other works, time and again, as entrusted by the Management.

Must-Have Requirements :

1)Any Degree/PG Preferably Sciences or Degree/Diploma in Engineering with or without MBA
2)Sales & Marketing Skills, Negotiation Skills, CRM, Team Leader
